HOW TO INSTALL THE BETA
Install FormShift on Android
- Tap Download FormShift Beta.
- Confirm the APK download when your browser asks.
- Open the completed download.
- If Android blocks installation, allow installation only for the browser or file manager opening this APK.
- Return to the APK and tap Install.
- Tap Open.
Samsung installation setting
Settings → Security and privacy → More security settings → Install unknown apps → select Chrome, Samsung Internet, or My Files → Allow from this source.
Turn “Allow from this source” back off after installation.
Samsung Auto Blocker stopped the installation
Auto Blocker is under Settings → Security and privacy → Auto Blocker. Change it only when it is the confirmed reason the verified APK cannot be installed, then restore your preferred setting afterward.
Play Protect displayed a message
Play Protect may scan apps installed outside Google Play. If it explicitly reports FormShift as harmful, stop and send the exact message through the feedback route below. Do not force the installation.
ALREADY HAVE FORMSHIFT?
Update without uninstalling
Download the newer APK from this same page and open it. Android should offer to update FormShift when the application ID and signing certificate match.
Do not uninstall first. Uninstalling can remove local information that has not completed backup or synchronization. A signature-mismatch message is a build problem and should be reported instead of bypassed.
FIRST LAUNCH
What to expect
The FormShift loading screen appears, then you can open or create a profile. Permissions appear only when a related feature needs them. Profile and scan information synchronize automatically under the existing system; there is no manual Sync button.
FOUND A PROBLEM?
Send beta feedback
Inside FormShift, use Send Feedback to describe what happened and optionally attach a screenshot or recording. The app includes device and version details without automatically attaching private scan photos or profile measurements.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Common installation problems
The download does not start
Refresh this page, confirm that the browser allows downloads, and tap the green download button once.
I cannot open the APK
Open the completed download from the browser download list or the My Files Downloads folder.
Installation is blocked
Allow installation for the specific browser or file manager opening the APK, then return to the downloaded file.
Android says “App not installed”
Confirm there is enough storage and that your device meets the minimum Android version. Report a signature-mismatch message instead of uninstalling to bypass it.
Permission was denied
Open Android Settings → Apps → FormShift → Permissions and allow only the feature permission you intend to use.
The app crashes at launch
Report your phone model, Android version, FormShift version, what you tapped, approximate failure time, and a screenshot or screen recording when available.
