How FormShift measures you
FormShift measurements are produced through image geometry and calibration math—not by generative AI interpreting your body. The app analyzes things such as pixel distances, body landmarks, proportions, perspective, and known scale references to calculate measurements. Your scan photos are used as geometric measurement inputs; they are not sent to a third-party AI service for visual interpretation or profiling.
FormShift is a body-progress tracking app built to help you see real physical changes over time. Using guided body scans, measurements, weight tracking, body-composition estimates, and visual scan comparisons, FormShift gives you a more complete picture of your progress than the scale alone.
Your body data is personal. All profile information, measurements, scans, and scan photos are kept private and protected with encryption within FormShift. Your information is not publicly visible, shared with other users, or used for advertising.
FormShift only requests the access needed for its core features. Camera access is used for body scanning, while unnecessary access to things like contacts, location, calls, messages, nearby devices, and your microphone is not required.

Your comfort comes first.
Fitted clothing or no clothing can reduce interference with your body outline, but either is completely optional. Choose what you're comfortable with. FormShift is designed to keep your scan photos and body data private and protected with encryption.

This is a private Android beta. Features may change and bugs may occur. FormShift results are visual-progress and fitness information, not medical advice.
HOW TO INSTALL THE BETA
Install FormShift on Android
- Tap Download FormShift Beta.
- Confirm the APK download when your browser asks.
- Open the completed download.
- If Android blocks installation, allow installation only for the browser or file manager opening this APK.
- Return to the APK and tap Install.
- Tap Open.
Samsung installation setting
Settings → Security and privacy → More security settings → Install unknown apps → select Chrome, Samsung Internet, or My Files → Allow from this source.
Turn “Allow from this source” back off after installation.
Samsung Auto Blocker stopped the installation
Auto Blocker is under Settings → Security and privacy → Auto Blocker. Change it only when it is the confirmed reason the verified APK cannot be installed, then restore your preferred setting afterward.
Play Protect displayed a message
Play Protect may scan apps installed outside Google Play. If it explicitly reports FormShift as harmful, stop and send the exact message through the feedback route below. Do not force the installation.
ALREADY HAVE FORMSHIFT?
Update without uninstalling
Download the newer APK from this same page and open it. Android should offer to update FormShift when the application ID and signing certificate match.
Do not uninstall first. Uninstalling can remove local information that has not completed backup or synchronization. A signature-mismatch message is a build problem and should be reported instead of bypassed.
FIRST LAUNCH
What to expect
The FormShift loading screen appears, then you can open or create a profile. Permissions appear only when a related feature needs them. Profile and scan information synchronize automatically under the existing system; there is no manual Sync button.
FOUND A PROBLEM?
Send beta feedback
Inside FormShift, use Send Feedback to describe what happened and optionally attach one screenshot or recording up to 5 MiB. Tap Submit to send it securely to FormShift—no email app or Share To menu opens. Sent appears only after FormShift confirms delivery.
The report includes approved device and version details. FormShift does not automatically attach private scan photos, profile measurements, your full name, date of birth, credentials, or encryption keys.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Common installation problems
The download does not start
Refresh this page, confirm that the browser allows downloads, and tap the green download button once.
I cannot open the APK
Open the completed download from the browser download list or the My Files Downloads folder.
Installation is blocked
Allow installation for the specific browser or file manager opening the APK, then return to the downloaded file.
Android says “App not installed”
Confirm there is enough storage and that your device meets the minimum Android version. Report a signature-mismatch message instead of uninstalling to bypass it.
Permission was denied
Open Android Settings → Apps → FormShift → Permissions and allow only the feature permission you intend to use.
The app crashes at launch
Report your phone model, Android version, FormShift version, what you tapped, approximate failure time, and a screenshot or screen recording when available.
